Yes, having a good product is important, but it's not as important as the marketing of that product. Afterall, you don't make money if nobody buys it. The best way to do business is provide a product or service that far exceeds your customer expectations...by giving value.Have you been told you don't have to sell, you are sharing the product with your prospect?
