Can Anyone Tell Me About Any Home Based Businesses Horror Or Success Stories?

I love it when someone is bold and asks if anyone can tell any home business horror or success stories! This is a very broad question and I could talk years on this topic. However, depending on the person, you really can tell where the person's mind is at when they ask it based on how they say it. Continue on and I will share the insight to both aspects.Now, sometimes when someone just gets into network marketing, they ask the question to confirm that they made a good decision and sometimes the spouse may ask, to prove their point that it is the dumbest thing that they did. And you know what, I can share both sides and both will think they won the argument. for those who have a favorite sports team or belief system, I could do the same argument and again, everyone would be right and really no one answer will prove if network marketing is good or bad. It all comes back to what you believe.I will begin with horror stories, and then I will go to the success side. Now, some will want me to change the order, because they feel the second will always be more compelling, but again, it is your decision on what you want to believe and feel. Now, in network marketing 95% of the people who join a company struggle and go broke in network marketing. So with that said, that is a pretty bad picture to anyone starting in the industry. You waste all your time talking to people, alienating your friends and family and no one wants to be around you! Now, this is true with the majority of the companies. When you start, you are told to do three-way calls, make lists of all your friends and family and let your up-line call them. Now, they try to convince them to spend money that they do not want to spend on something they do not need. Now, if you look at the compensation models in network marketing, even though they have them set up so that you can not make lots of money unless you are working and the person on top does not make all the money and does nothing, they make more money by you not moving up. What they do is they make a requirement to buy products and until you move up your not making the money you want. You often are not paid on your own purchases until you move up. So, let me ask you, why does your up-line want to see you succeed? They make more money if you don't. All the spouses are high-fiving one another because this is what they know and have heard.Now, let me go over to the success side of network marketing. I know if you are one of the spouses, you are not reading, as Paul Harvey use to say in his radio address, "the rest of the story", but I urge you to do so. Now, just like traditional businesses, new businesses fail. So why do people open new restaurants and businesses every year? The reason, some businesses are very successful. The same holds true in network marketing. Some succeed and some will fail. Some people will say, ok, tell me the businesses that I am guaranteed to succeed. I will not lie, just like in restaurants, some Italian restaurants succeed, others fail, some Mexican restaurants succeed and others fail. You can list every type of restaurant and the story is the same. So why do some succeed and some fail? The reason some succeed are those with a passion for the products and those that fail have lost the passion for the product. Same is true in network marketing for the companies. Now, as I have written in other articles, it is your business, you are selling you. You are the expert on the product that you are most passionate about. You need to make sure you are tapping into that. Now, another reason people fail is that they do not know how to build a business. This is where you need to invest time and money to learn how to be successful in any business and it all comes back to marketing it. I teach people for a reason. The reason is that everyone that fails just validates those that have heard the horror stories.If you have the drive and passion for your product, you will be a success and if you do not, then you will be just another horror story. So make sure you are involved in a product that you love and have the passion for, and not the potential of money.
