It is very important to have the proper mindset in order to produce the results you desire in life. Who you are now and where you want to go are two different places. We attempt to fly with no pilot license or certificationIn the home-based business industry, specifically, the individuals who partake in a business are known as independent representatives, independent business owners, distributors, or reps. Many individuals who join a home based business or start their own company enter with strong passion and desire but their downfall is taking the mindset of an employee inside the framework of a business.I would advise anyone who desires financial freedom, to start their own business, or to join a home based business to develop the inward parts of your being first. And learn to be what you desire to become. Remember the principle -BE, DO, HAVE- Often times, many individuals begin "doing" first in order to "have" but never BECOME. (Example 2: Trying to fly an airplane with no certification)My advice is to learn how a CEO, business owner, sophisticated investor thinks. Start by unlearning the mindset of an employee and surround yourself with mentors, books, audio and video training materials that will infuse you with character, integrity, and the mindset of the rich and wealthy. (Example 1: Having the right tried and proven map to reach your destination)I understand that we are in "tough economic times". However, there are individuals out there who could care less what the economy does because it does not affect them in an adverse way. They have positioned themselves to partake in true wealth by the -BE, DO, HAVE- concept.Furthermore, in whatever business you are in, remember that you are a business owner or CEO not a rep or distributor who flocks around aimlessly building the company and not themselves in hopes of fulfilling their dreams.Once you make that change, you will notice an immediate difference in things such as productivity, organization, sales, marketing, negotiation and how people respond to you.
