MLM Failure - How to Overcome Network Marketings Greatest Epidemic

You don't have to look to hard to find out that the MLM failure statistics of this industry are flat out staggering. Distributors typically quit as quickly has they start their business. What I have found throughout my now over 6 years in this industry is that removing the emotional fluff and hype that surrounds most opportunities will greatly increase the success rate.When the emotional element is removed, and a system for success is implemented, this will put you new distributors on a path toward actually achieving something great, rather than crashing and burning. Everybody has their reasoning of why people fail in this industry. Some say people simply quit because they are weak. Some say they are just quitters.But the real truth of this entire industry is that the majority of opportunities are sold on pure hype, and pure emotion. This leads the majority of people right down the path of being an MLM failure. People typically sign on the dotted line after a hotel presentation, or a DVD presentation or something that plays to the natural emotion of people. They get all jacked up emotionally, sign on the dotted line, throw their credit card down, and within 2 days the emotion surrounding their decision subsides and then they say "What did I get myself into" and bam, they quit.This is exactly what used car salesman do when trying to sell you a car. They get you excited about the car, create a fear of loss by telling you now is the time because this car won't be here tomorrow, and because of the emotion in your mind, you do it, and then later regret it. While I am a big proponent of having a clear vision of where I want to go, and having a big dream or a big why to carry me through, I am completely and utterly opposed at getting people to make decisions based upon pure raw emotion.What this industry has taught people about how to build a business is based upon these little catch phrases like"Catch the dream""How big of house can you dream of, well you can have it""Whats your favorite car? You can have it with this business!"This is pretty much the cycle that 97% of all network marketers face. You can't build and maintain a long term business based upon emotion, its a house of cards waiting to fall. Emotions go up and down like a roller coaster, and to base a business on this is pure insanity. MLM failure is a real epidemic, and emotional business building contributes to the bad reputation that this industry continues to have. This emotional element is by far the most damaging of all in my honest opinion.So the question is:How Can I Avoid This Problem And Be A Success?The answer is simple and obvious: Remove the emotion from your mind that surrounds your businessOk, so what do I mean by this? A true professional and leader in this industry will treat their successes and failures the same. This is simply because of the abundance mindset that governs their thoughts.When they fail it's simply a stepping stone on the way to success. Most people take failure to personally because of the way our society views failure. When in all actuality failure is what leads to the prize. When you look at failure as learning, rather than a defeated state of being, you will have overcome what most in the MLM industry never will.You treat your successes the same way because when you carry the abundance mentality you expect to reach those milestones of success. They are simply stepping stones in the journey as well. This journey of success will never end. This is something that new distributors do not know, and by whipping them up into an emotional frenzy, it has helped and assisted them to seal their eventual failure.We have become an industry full of "short sighted", "gotta have it now" type individuals and that has duplicated throughout all the MLM organizations throughout the world, and we continue to see people fail at an astonishing rate. Lets become the industry that looks to help people have a business that will succeed built on strong moral principles, strong training and systems that work toward building people and playing up their strengths.Remove the emotional aspect of your business from your mind, put a solid training and lead generation system in place to help work your business, and your journey will be much smoother, I guarantee it!
