Tell them how to generate a bunch of leads
Tell them how to convert those leads into cash
Tell them how to sponsor (and keep) more reps
Tell them how to become a leader
Give them free stuff (LIVE/recorded training, tools, software, etc.)
Give them fresh ideas - not available anywhere else
Give them sample emails, ads, website templates, etc.
Provide insider secretsNow every once in a while ask them how you're doing. Get their feedback. They'll tell you to provide less of this or more of that. Take it all in, say, "thanks," and then go fine tune your message... To exactly what they want.
