Comprehensive Club Sea Breeze Review - A Close Up Look Behind the Scenes That Most People Don't Know

Club Sea Breeze is a new face on the circuit in the MLM and network marketing industry. Like all new home based business ideas and companies, there are usually pros and cons about each of them. This is my official review.The founders and CEO of Club Sea Breeze are Kelly Williams and Jake Williams (a father/son duo) whose offices are out of Farmington, Utah USA. This is a family owned and operated business and at the time of this writing was stated to have not incurred any debt to build it.The company's mission statement reads:"To provide an innovative opportunity structure and a unique mixture of products that can truly empower ordinary people for a lifetime. We will attain this mission by vigilantly adhering to, and instilling in our members and associates the following core concepts; Family, Balance, Honesty, Integrity, and Teamwork"The company's motto is winds of Change "We as a company desire everyone involved to ride the winds of change to a life of happiness, inner-peace, and success, no matter how you define it."About the Founders: Kelly and Jake Williams and How Club Sea Breeze Was BirthedKelly Williams has an extensive and impressive business background including seven Subway franchises as well as building from scratch is own financial firm in Utah. With $300 million under management, 9 financial planners employed in multiple offices, he sold his business after tremendous success with online marketing.Kelly's son, Jake Williams, was involved in the growth of his own online business as he partnered with his father in previous opportunities. Kelly Williams has had several successful online businesses however, found himself repeatedly frustrated with various components to each business for one reason or the other, which has lead him to starting his own company. Thus, Club Sea Breeze is birthed.Williams' frustrations with companies and/or product included: No company transparency, lack of good customer service, overpriced products, too high priced for the average family to get involved with, too little duplication among team members because the businesses were such where the marketing required hard core internet and online marketing skills, products that didn't function as they should, among other things.Kelly Williams therefore, made the decision to start Club Sea Breeze and remove all of those obstacles. Furthermore, Williams has brought to the table a new compensation plan that hasn't been seen in the industry. He said there hasn't been a model built like this ever.The Club Sea Breeze ProductsThe company offers two products at the time they launched. One is a lifetime travel club membership that an individual can purchase for $397. If that individual also desires to become an Associate, they may purchase it at wholesale for $337.The travel club membership allows the member to travel as often as they like to over 5,000 locations worldwide and pay the member pricing of between $299 and $995. Most of these are for 7 night, 8 day resort stays. The membership can be marketed worldwide and is accessed through an online portal.The second product is called a Money Manager, an interactive online financial planning application which allows the user to pay down debt, establish budgets, save and more.Kelly Williams, being a former financial planner, wanted to provide not only a means for a family to generate significant income, but then have the knowledge and ability to manage that money.The Club Sea Breeze Compensation Plan Offers 5 Streams of Income1. Personal Retail Sale Commission ($60 from every retail sale)2. Personal Matrix Override ($250-500 each time you cycle off the matrix)3. Sponsor Matrix Override ($250 each time one of your personally sponsored cycles off)4. Leadership Bonus Pool (Rewarded for personal team growth)5. Uni-Level Monthly Residual income from referring others to the financial productOne can become an Associate with or without making a purchase. There is an annual Associate fee of $29.97 a year. There are no 'positions' to buy. This is not an opportunity where one can buy there way in.Kelly Williams said 82% are paid out in commissions and bonuses. There's basically two compensation plans. One is referred to as a revolving 2x2 matrix for the travel club product and the other is the and uni-level compensation for the Money Manager.In looking for the downside of this opportunity, I was hard pressed to find one other than it's a new company. Even having said that, the underlying travel club provider has been in business since the 1980's and is stable and Kelly Williams has retained one of the top MLM attorneys in the country therefore the legalities behind the company are FTC complaint and firmed up.Like every business opportunity, the Associates will need to learn to market which comes down to each individuals skill sets. This is the biggest problem I see in the home business industry. Often people are excited to join a home based business opportunity but then they stop cold in their tracks because they don't know how to market. Often fears set in and these would-be entrepreneurs can't bring themselves to share the business with anyone.It's no secret to top industry leaders that people want to join businesses with those they feel they know, like and trust and each Associate can do that through just being themselves and sharing their story through social media outlets like blogs, Facebook, Twitter, video, etc. using attraction marketing methods.Attraction marketing is teaching and sharing what you know without expecting something in return. It's being totally unselfish in sharing your knowledge about marketing and strategies that are effective in today's market.
