Does Your MLM Sell a Real Product?

If your MLM doesn't sell a real product then you're on a road that leads to big trouble. You don't want to be in a scenario where you are spending, spending, spending and never making a profit - that's not a business strategy. You have to make more than you spend in order to be a successful business. Anyone who works for you also has to make more than they spend, or they're not team members - they're sadly deluded customers.A product is not a real product if:• It delivers no value to the consumer; it's just an "in" to get them "recruited" into the organization• People are able to get a better quality product at a much lower price-not a $26 bottle of juice or shampoo that would cost them $2 at the grocery store• The organization is basically a revolving door-nobody stays in full time, and the money is being made at the top, by those who profit on the one time "sales" generated by hopeful "recruits"• You couldn't stay afloat by selling the product instead of the business opportunityMost network marketing focuses exclusively on buying into the business opportunity. You need a company that makes it clear that a customer is welcome to just buy the product and move on, without getting wrapped up in the business opportunity. In fact, if you can't sell the product then you have no business opportunity. That's why the travel industry makes such a great network marketing, work from home opportunity. You can sell travel. You can just sell travel. If someone looks at you and says, "Hey, how would I get into doing what you do?" you can show them. But in the meantime you can sell awesome vacations to people who want to take awesome vacations and make a great commission doing it. You can then train the people who join you to sell travel, and you will make more money because you are doing what sales managers do, instead of doing what perpetual recruiters do.That is the paradigm difference between sustainable, ethical network marketers and individuals who are spinning their wheels on MLM scams. Avon, Mary Kay, and other strong, long term business opportunities sponsor happy customers instead of trying to get people to join them. This makes a huge long term difference.
