My mentor is one of the global success stories in Network Marketing. People often tell him he is lucky. As someone who works harder than almost anyone I know, I believe he creates his own luck. So hard work is the basis of 'luck' but let's look at what other factors come into the equation.People join people so MLM is fundamentally about you. If your company has a good system or training to help you with this, you are off to a good start. But above all, just develop your people skills; learn how to strike up conversations with strangers and turn them into friends. I am not suggesting you hit everyone in sight with your opportunity, but you must be able to talk to lots of people so you can meet those prospects who may want what you are offering. It usually takes a lot of effort over time with only glimpses of the fruits in the early stages. So keep going, trust in the work you are putting in and you will be rewarded.
