First talk to people, if you're on social media sites such as myspace Facebook and twitter, then you utilize these site to build your network, once you have a steady flow of people talking to you on a daily basis, i mean genuinely talking to you like friends not prospects then you would be fine, there would not be a need for frustration, and once they grown to like you and trust you, You can then market to them, they'll of course ask you about your endeavors and also about what you do and where you work, and you'll just simply tell them I'm a network market and involved in "XYZ" business.
