Send Out Cards MLM - Is This a Real Company?

Right off the bat I want to give you the low down on the company Send Out Cards. This IS a real company with a solid foundation and compensation structure. This company was founded in 2004 and has seen rapid growth ever since.Send Out Cards decided to go with the network marketing business route because frankly that is the only route they could have gone. Hall Mark and American Greetings are the two largest greeting card distributors in the World. For a start up company to compete with these two companies, there would have to be a distinctive advantage. The Internet allows Send Out Cards to compete with these two giants because of the low cost of advertising on the companies end. They let independent representatives advertise the service for them. This greeting card service is really great once you understand how to use the system. Many people use it just for every day follow up and communication. The real business is in the numbers. If you are looking to grow a successful business with this company, you need to learn how to leverage the internet. Send Out Cards will not teach you how to do this. They will give you a distributor package and an affiliate website that looks identical to everyone else, but then you are pretty much on your own to advertise and sell the product. The compensation plan for this company is really great if you are able to find people that can duplicate your ability to recruit new prospects into your organization. Without these tools and techniques, you will not have much success in the business.Research and educate yourself on how to market and generate leads before taking this business opportunity, or any other network marketing opportunity for that matter. Know exactly what you are getting into. Other than that, Send Out Cards is a great reputable company that you can proudly stand behind.

Just Because You Build it, it Doesn't Mean They'll Come

Contrary to popular opinion, just because you build a website-no matter how spectacular it is-people won't start flocking there in droves. I can't believe the number of people who come to me and tell me their site is informative and colorful and yet they garner no traffic. A large number of them have even paid a website designer to create them a "masterpiece" so-to-speak, but they just aren't able to drive traffic to their site and they most certainly don't rank impressively in the search engines.I know that when I first started our business, I had no idea you could coax a search engine-or bribe one! But you can and it doesn't mean paying one of those companies that promise to get you to the top of Google. That may work for a short term (in rare cases when it is a legitimate company), but it won't serve you long term and help continue your successful presence on that enormous world wide web.A friend of mine has taught me a great deal about what will and will not secure rankings for a site. In those lessons, I realized that most people just don't get it. And that is a tough thing to find out the hard way and may just determine whether a business makes it or not. This friend of mine has been in the business for years and is what you would call an SEO Guru. She makes a great living by actually "teaching" people how to get where they want to be and stay there. She taught me, "Getting to the top of Google is one thing, staying there is another. Your position is affected by AUTHORITATIVE, VALID, RELEVANT, and CURRENT content. If a company promises to get you to the top of Google, but you don't contribute regularly to your site and social-media presence in a manner to sustain it, you will go to the bottom of the search-results list -and I do mean bottom. Then you pay them again. It's a vicious cycle. There is no reason to pay someone. Simply follow sensible rules and you will maintain and improve your positioning."First and foremost, blog sites can rank high quickly in search engines. It is a known fact. And most people don't realize that they are hurting themselves from the get-go by not having a blog site. They also misunderstand that a blog site doesn't just have to be a blog. It can contain and all content you wish to put on it-multi-media, text, images, contact forms, etc. But there should be a link that features blog postings as well and that content should be updated regularly. In setting up your site, it is definitely important to express yourself and your company through it's design. But no matter how much you pay a designer, just having a great looking site isn't going to tell people that the site is out there and it most certainly isn't going to provide them a road map to find that spectacular site. So before you fall for the "when I build it, they will come" theory, make sure you clearly understand what it takes to actually direct those people and they will come.

Why is it So Cool to Be an Ardyss International Distributor?

Great question! Glad you asked! But before I answer that question I have to have to clue you in on all the hype around Ardyss International! If you do not know already, Ardyss has been around probably 20+ years by now. They started out in Mexico but did not hit the American Market until the early months of 2009. But boy when they hit America they hit with a splash! The company has expanded from sea to shining sea in our great nation and it has prospered! The Flagship product for Ardyss International is the Body Magic, a body shaping garment that promises to reduce your body three dress sizes. The initial reaction to that claim was, "Ardyss International is a Scam." But as I reported in my article "Body Shaping: Can I Really Lose 3 Dress Sizes?" Ardyss International has absolutely delivered on that promise! In fact Ardyss has an entire line of body shaping products as well as health and nutrition products with which they have created a very successful 2-step method of weight loss. One of the keys to the company's success is that it has been able to provide a timely and effective solution to obesity which is a drastic and escalating health issue in this country. They have also been able to improve the image, posture, and appearance of those who struggle with weight problems at a time in our society when so much emphasis has been placed on the way we present ourselves to the world. So let me give you the answer to the first question. It is so cool to be an Ardyss Distributor because they get to deliver effective solutions to problems that other people have not been able to provide. You see Ardyss body shapers are not just a garment or a fashion accessory. When an Ardyss distributor puts a Body Magic into someone's hands they are shifting the weight-loss paradigm in an entirely new direction. Without surgery, diets, pills, and excessive exercise Ardyss body shapers provide a body instant gratification; and by the way in this case that is not a dirty word in the weight-loss scheme of things. Along with that the distributor is giving a body that needs it so badly, inspiration, attitude, confidence, and loads of compliments! All of that is packed into one amazing body shaping garment! It really works. And it will work for you and/or all of your friends who have given up on believing that there is a weight-loss solution for them. What could be better than being a part of a weight-loss company that is actually revolutionizing the way that the world loses weight and reshapes their body image? Oh yes, and did I mention, that as an Ardyss distributor you will have the opportunity to pioneer a marketing plan that will bring you amazing financial rewards in a world that is running out of financial options!

Monavie - Business Opportunity Or Not?

Monavie was founded in 2005 by Dallin Larsen who is now the acting Chairman and CEO as well. Monavie is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Monavie markets in eight countries including the U.S and soon to be added will be Korea. The Product:Monavie juice is a combination of 19 blends of fruit juice including an exclusive blend of the acai berry. It has been said that this product will help with many ailments ranging from headache relief, arthritis, joint pain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, relief from other heart-related issues and even weight loss. The latest addition to Monavie is EMV, a healthy alternative to the many energy drinks out there. EMV claims to increase energy, enhance performance, promote alertness and help prolong endurance without the associated crazy, jittery feeling and radical crash unhealthy "high" and "low" typically associated with sugary or highly caffeinated energy boosting beverages. Now with the rising of health cost beyond what most insurance deductible will allow, people are taking matters into their own hands. Taking precautions to live healthier, longer and better quality lifestyles. Lets face it, it just makes go business sense. But at the same time could this be a golden opportunity?Like most network marketing companies, Monavie's compensation plan is comparable to most of the main stream MLM's so getting paid won't be the issue. They require that you maintain a product inventory minimum shipment of 4 bottles per month, roughly $130 on auto-ship. This is to insure that you qualify for any compensation pay out for all products purchased in your immediate organization. Then your encouraged to give samples and taste testing in order to build your business, Humm, could get expensive.Distributors Training:Every network marketing company provides some sort of training. Some useful tools that Monavie provides to their distributors are the Black Diamond University, Monavie-On-The-Move, and the Media Center. Remember you can't forget the industry standards of the usual "rah rah" company meetings and conference calls. Most of what you'll learn is pursuing your warm market--friends and family, the 3 foot rule-anyone you meet at the market within 3 feet, start up a conversation with about your product and business opportunity. Don't forget to give out those samples as well. The Truth:Monavie, as well as most network marketing companies, use a warm market approach that proves to be ineffective at growing a sizable business, at least 95% drop out rate in the first 3-5 months using this strategy. Remember, you are not born with the marketing skills it takes to market a business to the point of true success. The truth is you will need to learn an entirely new set of skills to find interested people who want what you have. Honestly, do you think talking to people in the mall and giving away samples is the most efficient use of your time? If you don't and are tired of not making progress consider getting the proper education, training and support to take your business into the 21st century. Bottom line is people are making money in Monavie. Treat your business like a business owner. Obtain the skills necessary to succeed.

Take Your Home-Based Business to the Next Level by Graduating Your Relationship to a Partnership

If you are in a relationship and are up to creating something special within your home-based business it's imperative that your relationship graduates to a partnership. This is true whether your significant other is actively involved in the business or not. What's the difference between a relationship and a partnership, and why should you care? The concepts of course are related, but the difference between them is important to understand. Let's look at each concept a little more closely. What is a "relationship"?We're all in relationship with everything all the time. "Relationship" is simply where you are relative to where someone else is. It is any connection or association with another person. We are in relationship with others merely by virtue that we exist and so do they. We can't help but be in relationship with everyone we meet. There are different types of relationship of course - business, friendship, adversary, enemy, sexual, etc. These relationships are simply characterized by how you interact with people around you. What is a "partnership"?A partnership, however, is a special type of relationship. Dictionary.com puts it this way:"A relationship between individuals or groups that is characterized by mutual cooperation and responsibility, as for the achievement of a specified goal."A partnership is created by choice in order to achieve an end. A relationship exists by default. A partnership is about creating something with someone else. A relationship is simply your state of being relative to someone else. Partnerships are defined by common purpose. Relationships do not require a purpose. What does a "partnership" look like?Successful partnerships have these qualities:1) Common goals - If you and your partner are not headed in the same direction than, by definition, there is no partnership. You must both want to create the same thing. Whether it's building a home-based business, raising a family or putting money away for a dream vacation you need to be on the same page about what you are acting to create. But remember, having a partnership doesn't mean that you both people have to be active in the project. One person being supportive of the other person's goals even while not actively working toward the goal is an important form of partnership as well.2) Complimentary interests - Don't confuse common goals with common interest. The "goal" is what you want to create. The "interest" is why you want to create it. In a partnership each partner has to want to create the same goal. Your individual reasons for wanting that result, however, can be different. The reasons can be different, but they must be complimentary (i.e., all the reasons must be satisfied by accomplishing the agreed upon goal).3) Each member contributes their strengths - Partnerships are not about each person doing everything or one person assuming all the responsibility. Everyone has a specialty, and each partner should focus on what they do best. In a law firm, for instance, each partner specializes in a certain area of law and contributes to the team by maximizing return in that area. In our business, Donna's creativity, her training and her love of people make her especially strong in developing and leading our workshops. I have always been a good writer. Therefore, I focus on communicating our message in various ways. I also manage the day-to-day business operations. That's what makes a successful partnership - individuals contributing their own personal strengths toward achieving a common goal. What this means to YouIf you are up to creating something with someone else - perhaps a team member, or especially with your significant other - you want your relationship to graduate to a partnership. The strengths you contribute to your partnership include not only your learned skills, but also the natural ways of being you bring as a man or a woman. If your life partner is also your business partner things run most smoothly when you are both clear about what you are naturally best at as either a man or a woman. When this is unclear, couples that are up to creating something trip over each other and get in each other's way. How they relate makes the thought of working closely together toward a common goal uncomfortable if not frightening. They are foiled when their relationship gets in the way of their partnership. For example, Marie and her husband Bill operate a home-based business together. Awhile back they took the "Divine Dance of the Sexes" Couples Workshop. In Marie's words,"Before the workshop I had a concern that starting our business together as a couple may not work given our past patterns of conflict."After the workshop she was relieved."I now see that we can have an amazing business together even just by being clear on what I want and recognizing that he is willing to give me what I want."Today their business is doing very well. Marie emailed us several months after taking our Divine Dance workshop and said much of their success working together in business was because of the principles and techniques they learned during that weekend.Bill and Marie demonstrate the power of a partnership in which men and women drop into what they are best at and what feels best. A key point for a woman to remember is to embrace her desire and celebrate what she wants. For men it's important to get behind her goals and produce the result that will make him her hero.

Network Marketing - Pyramid Scheme Or Home Business Opportunity?

So why isn't Network Marketing a Pyramid Scheme?A pyramid scheme is the same as those chocolate bar chain letters you or your kids might have received. The letter states that if you send one chocolate bar to the person who sent you the letter and then pass the letter on to six other suckers (I mean "friends") they will send you six chocolate bars. Some letters even go so far as to threaten you or your children of they don't pass on the letters or "break the chain". I've seen letters sent to small children telling them if they don't join the pyramid scheme their mother will be killed in a car accident! It's worth noting that in most countries participating in any pyramid scheme is illegal so if you thought letting your kids pass on chocolate bars was harmless fun you may wish to reconsider training them up to be duped later on in life!A pyramid scheme relies on the next person down supplying goods to the person above for NOTHING IN RETURN. After 16 layers of six people sending six letters you actually run out of population in the world to keep sending goods up the line. So a pyramid scheme eventually has a bottom - wherein lies the problem because the vast majority of participants are at the bottom and have no-one below them to supply the six chocolate bars. Pyramid schemes are illegal because they don't work, eventually you will bottom out and only the person (or people) at the top benefit. For a person to make money (or get chocolate bars) in a pyramid scheme someone else has to GIVE GOODS AWAY because there is no product being sold. There are some super-elaborate pyramid schemes/scams around with fancy investment brochures and flash presentations which can make it difficult to tell the scam from the reality. These are also called Ponzi schemes after Carl Ponzi who took millions from investors and then used money taken from later investors to pay "returns" to the early investors so they'd keep investing. Although nowadays Bernie Madoff has so outdone Ponzi at his game we should perhaps rename them Madoff Schemes! If in doubt ask yourself: "What product or service is being sold to make the money?"Network Marketing is about selling goods and servicesIn Network Marketing you start at the bottom (as we do with most organisations) and start selling products. You make your money from selling the products. As you recruit and train other network marketers they make money from selling products and the company compensates you for training them. In the past network marketing usually meant your long lost friend or sister-in-law invited you for tea and an hour long spiel later left you empty of pocket and with an armful horrifically expensive dishwashing liquid / plastic flibbidy-gibberts / anti-ageing face masks.Fortunately the internet has been invented and now network marketers can look for people who actually want to buy their products around the globe and most of us are safe from "Checkbook Dinners". This, in turn, has made network marketing a lot more viable than it was in the past. For those of you looking at network marketing for the first, or second, time after years of skepticism you need to realise the way we can promote these products has changed and in response to an increased interest in marketing online a number of companies providing online marketing training and services have cropped up over the last few years. As a home based business, network marketing can provide flexibility and most companies include full training of their distributors. They key to network marketing is duplication, as long as you are willing to follow exactly what the people above you in the business are doing you can, hopefully, get the same results. Like a Franchise Business, network marketing follows a set formula for promoting, pricing and distributing products for business owners to follow. Like any business you should do your research first and reassure yourself that you are signing up for a legitimate company and not an elaborate scheme.
