People want confident instructions, good ideas and resources.4) Set the example. Do the work that you want your team to do.Let them see you work. Let them see your fresh new content being placed online on a consistent basis. Leading by example has been defined as the best thing you can do as a leader. When they can see you placing ads, participating in the social media platforms, putting up videos, attending seminars, doing webinars, they can see you practice what you preach.5) Do personal development and grow from the inside out.The moment you decide you're a leader, you're a leader. Your thoughts determine your actions and behaviors.6) Customer service lacks a lot in this industry because its newbies trying to lead newbies and many are not taking it seriously. So set yourself aside as an individual, a leader, a home business mentor, that people can come to count on to answer questions and truly help them with their next steps.7) Be a good study, attend seminars, gain new skill sets.The day you think you know it all, is the day you start to die. Never stop learning. Share what you learn through teaching. In this way, you will be growing and becoming more valuable to others, you will be role modeling that learning is important and you'll be teaching what you've learned. Killing 3 birds with one stone.8) Teach others in whatever capacity you can.Part of being your authentic self can be to admit you don't know everything, but that you have enjoyed learning and are excited to teach others what you know. When you learn how to upload a video to YouTube, or even be able to use editing software, for example, teach it. When you learn what an autoresponder is and why and how its incorporated into your marketing, teach that to others. You get my point.9) Remove all negative, self defeating words and thoughts from coming out of your being.Be mindful of what you say, how you feel, your body language, your emotions and kick yourself in the butt if you need to. Replace those negative emissions with positive ones. Your words and thoughts create your reality.10) Create your own product.Become an author. It may be a report, a video documentary, a video series, an ebook, a DVD, doesn't matter. Think about what you know, what you have learned and put it in product form.You can probably add more to this list but this is a good start for you to be pondering about. Whether you choose to go through these 10 steps now, or make excuses why you can't, chances are they won't go away. You can do it now or do them later, but they will need to be done.So, grab yourself a good dose of confidence and determination and get to work. You will find that the rewards for taking action when most others won't will provide freedoms for you in how you decide to live your life that others will simply just continue to dream about.
