Maybe I'm behind the times, or maybe I simply hadn't noticed or paid close enough attention.Somewhere along the way I had NOT added the "Facebook Share Button" to my blog until recently.If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at right? Instead of clicking on the Download button and doing all of that work, stay on the Search page that lists the "Facebook Share (New)" plugins, and simply click the "Install" link on the far right after the rating stars. This will download the plugin directly to your Wordpress blog.7. Activate the Facebook Share plugin by going to the "plugins" link in your Worpress dashboard. Just find the plugin in your list and click the "Activate" button.8. Now, to cofigure the Facebook Share plugin (which you'll need to do before you are able to activate the plugin) go over to the far left, and you will see the "facebook Share" section just above the TweetMeMe section.9. This is where you will go in and play with the settings and configure what you want your button to look like, where you want the button to sit in your posts, etc.10. Analytics. There's a cool option below the settings link called "Analytics". This is where you will be able to track how people are using your Facebook Share Button. As network marketers, we should always be testing and researching our marketing. This analytics section will show you which posts of yours are getting shared, how many clicks you're getting from the button, and other cool data.Now, I'm not saying this to try and distract you from marketing, BUT I feel that this is a necessary plugin that you need on your blog posts. In this article I would like give a review about the company's products, compensation plan and then give my personal opinion on the company.ProductsFortune Hi-Tech Marketing specializes in a variety of different products. Products such as: wireless phones, phone plans, long distance services, satellite TV, weight management and health products, and beauty products. As a network marketing company Fortune Hi-Tech uses distributors to go out and sell their products instead of selling them in stores. Distributors receive a commission from all of their personal sales and a commission from the sales of those people they've recruited into the company.Compensation PlanTo get started with the company a person must first pay a start up fee of $299. As soon as you join the company your main goal should be to immediately start recruiting friends and family into the company. The amount of commission that you make from your personal sales and the sales of those people under you is determined by the amount of volume you and your team sales, but it will range anywhere from 2% to 20%.Once your team members reach a certain level of excellence they will then break away from your team. Not all MLM companies operate in this manner and it would be my personal preference to not have this happen because you would lose a lot of money having one of your star members break away from your team.ConclusionI find Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing to be a legitimate company. I have chosen not to get involved with them because I don't believe that I have the skills and mindset to create success within the social networking industry. There are many facets of network marketing in general which, to this day, fascinates me a big deal. One such facet is this industry's ability to turn ordinary people without a single iota of job experience into income generating mammoths capable of earning huge profits at any given time. That's the best characteristic of the MLM industry that attracted me completely, and after more than seven (7) years of being an active network marketer, the "dream" has never left me. Partially, my goals and ideals are being fulfilled along the way. It is the only industry in the world where people can actually take charge of themselves and their time, where hours and minutes do not have a price tag! It is also the only industry in the world where your money compounds even without investing it in a bank or some financial institution. Everything happens before your very eyes.After my long stretch in network marketing, and after my various stints of financial success, I am now willing to give you this confession. The ultimate secret to making money in this industry is people. Don't slap me on the face for keeping this very simple. Lots of distributors simply forget the people factor in their marketing efforts! They focus on the method of advertising, the medium of communication, or clarity of their sales message, but they forget to discover what their unique prospects truly want!The key, I've found, is to plant seeds of goodwill into other people. Until you've done that, you are in no position to sell product or present a business opportunity. If you are not building people relationships and sowing seeds of goodwill, all your business will go down the drain eventually. Attritions rates will rise, and your downline will leak like water in a damaged bucket. How do you sow seeds of goodwill? The key is to know what customers want, then provide it (free at first). Keep them interested for as long as it takes. Just sow and you will reap.
