Do More Or Less Home Businesses Fail Than Traditional Businesses?

If you match percentages, yes more network marketing businesses or home businesses fail. There are a couple of reasons for the failures. The first, it is easy and cheaper to start a networking marketing business. Now this leads to a couple of areas that lead to failure. First of all, as I had said in another article I wrote, the costs of starting a business is cheap, yet it really is not the cost that stops people from starting the business, but it is the ongoing costs. Network Marketing companies make it real affordable for everyone to take part. Now, if you do not buy the product, then you are in the wrong business.You should also use as many products that the company makes that you already use. Then you have to add in the cost of advertising and education. Most people who start these businesses, need money yesterday. Most people do not have the time to work awhile to be paid. Now, traditional businesses need more money upfront, so less people will take the risk which lowers the rate of failure in traditional businesses. Now, since network marketing opportunities are cheap, people do not take them as serious. So, since it is cheap, then if you do not become a millionaire in 2 months, most people will drop out. Now, that reason increases the failure rates. Now, since people hear the failure rate and they do not understand the dynamics of the number, they feel that network marketing is a scam. So, with this said, when you start-up your networking business, the majority of the people hear of all the people who did not make it and then they will not even attempt it. This will make your job a lot harder.It is not all financial reasons that people fail in business. This is one thing that no matter what kind of business you are in, you need the education on how to grow your business. I explain to people every day, that you need to be an expert in marketing and learn how to use the tools you have to grow your business. Most people starting a business, do not know how to successfully grow a business. Now, this can also be franchises. The company is great, but if you do not know how to market to your customers, the franchise will suffer. Just think, why does a company need you, they would have opened a company store where you are about to open your franchise if it was that easy.Now, I have given the core reasons people fail and I did say, it was probably easier and more numbers in network marketing, but in all businesses, it is about 95% failure rate. If you want to be in the 5%, you must make sure you absorb all the education and know how to grow and become successful.
