Recruit More People by Saying Less

Shh! I know he's here somewhere. I'm looking for this guy who seems to be hanging around the new recruit room and keeps giving every body the script on exactly what you should not say to a new recruit. And the worst part is that everybody is doing it.It's funny to hear someone come up to me and ask me if I would like to "join their business". What!? That's like me walking up to a nice looking lady and asking her to marry me. "Umm...no" is likely her answer. New recruits have this habit of asking and explaining their business to complete strangers. Know this, people do not come to your opportunity meetings, or business briefings because of anything you say as opposed to what you don't say. What gets people to meetings is CURIOSITY!Curiosity is your best friend when you are prospecting, and most network marketers sadly and brutally murder their best friend within the first 5 seconds of talking to someone. You see I found a very interesting key which blew my business out of the water when I started using more curiosity in my recruiting. I RECRUITED MORE PEOPLE! And not just more people but more people FAST!When you start using curiosity to your advantage you will find out that not only do you get a better conversion, but you talk less, and since you're talking less it gives you the ability to talk to more people. Never underestimate the power of curiosity, it can be the difference between a big and small organization.
