It is a solution for many networkers that are struggling with that problem.Now that you've educated yourself, step two is to share that new skill and knowledge by education others. This can be done through various types of media such as articles, videos, blog posts, hub pages, webinars, and the list goes on and on. Once people see your valuable content, you've begun to build that trust factor.Finally, as your base of prospects begins to grow, it is important to qualify and interview them. Get an idea of their vision and how they see themselves fitting into your team. Expect they will be a contributing team member. Take time to train and teach your team members properly. It is there decision whether they want to take action.Building a network marketing team can be very prosperous for you. Focus on educating yourself, then educating others.
