It's safe to say that your success is dependent on how often you prospect and build genuine relationships.Without this element in your daily agenda, your business will not flourish or operate in its maximum potential. It's proven that those who have taken the time to build relationships with their prospects are the ones who have great organizations in multi-level marketing.It behooves us to study people to gain a thorough understanding of the personality types, expanding our ability to relate and know the key points to hit in our conversations that will move our prospects to action. What you say to one personality may motivate them to begin your opportunity, however, you can say the exact same message to another, and receive opposite results!Picking up our training with the Red personality, here lies your powerhouses, movers and shakers, competitors, and dominant leaders. Your Red personality are typically your CEOs, attorneys, military officers, and most high ranking corporate position. They are motivated by money, money, and more money. If you're talking compensation plans, luxury cars and exotic trips, then you are speaking their language!As you can guess, Red personalities are attracted by leadership and being at the top of the mountain. Once they have a goal or vision in place, they are unstoppable. They will prospect, sponsor, and train until they've reached their goal, where another awaits. They want the top spot, period!Here are common characteristics of a Red personality:• Focused and direct • Crave challenges and competition• Money motivated and driven• Leadership oriented• Domineering and impatientBecause of their domineering, controlling, and ego driven nature, building genuine relationships may be a challenge. Also, it may be difficult to mentor your Red because of their egotistic nature. It is up to them to determine if he/she is willing to be coached in human relations and relationship building if they lack in these areas. Combining this element with their leadership, a Red will create an empire!When conversing with a Red, you want to get right to the point, or they will! They want to know how much your opportunity costs and how much money can be made. In other words, talk about the MONEY! Therefore, your conversation points should it include the compensation plans, the leadership potential and its monetary benefits, the bonuses, cars, and commission.Give them a challenge then move out of their way because they're heading over the top.
